HI-TECH
My first mix CD is full of infectious melodies and forward-thinking rhythms
guaranteed to make your brain dance! But don't take my word for it,
read what others have to say:
 |
 |
| "Hey, I got your CD yesterday... impeccable selections... great vibe too. This will be in my player for a long time." |
Alistair White
|
| "Wish I could have been smokin' a bowl while listening. Guess I will do that now." | |
Dan Smith
|
| "That mix CD is dope! Satellites in orbit pondering the next level of evolution ... loungecore for the 22nd century ... phuck yeah, DJ Phase continues the progression of his personal style." | |
Paul Walmsley
|
| "Heya, it's Gregory De Rocher/Lowfish from Suction here. Just wanted to give you props on your tight selection. Really wicked." | |
| Gregory De Rocher |
|
 |
In the spring of 2000, Hi-tech was added to regular rotation
on Radiovalve.com, as part of a
three hour playlist called "Master Control." It's still in rotation,
but is played less often than at first.

NOTES
- Special thanks to Alistair for designing the original artwork
for the CD version.
- The tracklisting on the CD artwork had a major error. This was
entirely my fault. My copy of "Too Good To Be Strange" is from a
vinyl compilation, and I discovered later that the labels on that particular
slab of vinyl are reversed.
- Hi-tech was burned to high quality (Mistui silver) CD-R media
using an old 2X CD-R drive.
- Production was limited to roughly 40 copies. If you were lucky enough
to end up with one of these, you're entitled to free lifetime replacement of
the CD-R disc, should you notice any errors.
- The CD has a hidden track in the pregap of track 01.
